Have you guys heard of the candida spit test? is it accurate?
so me and my fiancee did that and within minutes we both had some tendrils hanging. neither of us are on any meds, but yeah, it was just for shiz and gigs. what are the chances we both have overgrowth of that stuff? have you ever done the spit test before
Can anyone knowledgable of anti-candida cleanse and diet give some feedback?
Im on this 15 day cleanse and diet but its hard to stick to the diet. Is a little bit of cheating harmful in any way or will it just slow down the cleanse or perhaps be a waste of the medicine.Today I only had fresh pressed green apple juice in the morning. quinoa and chicken and veggies for lunch. whole wheat pita, turkey, and homemade mayo for dinner I make homemade mayo since it says we cant have condiments . Then I had tea and banana bread. Usually I make banana bread with whole wheat but this time I used bisquick, ugly eh?Also, I have been having millet cereal with almond milk. The cereal has other no nos in it, and of course the milk is processed.
What is the best thing to do for thrush and candida overgrowth?
I have been ailed with this for over 3 years now and it is getting worse, I have lots of abdominal pain, fatigue, and an overall of not feeling well. The doctors do not seem to help, most do not think I have it, others have given me just a small dosage of medication, which helps for a while but it always returns. I take about a half of a bulb of garlic a day, and that seems to help, but it is not taking complete care of it. Please help.....

Ok I have had thrush on my tongue for a long time white stuff on tongue and yesterday I started to have abdominal pains not like severe just a pain like when I stood up or did some physical activity and today, my feces poop was dark brown with white cloud of white yellowish stuff around it. Almost forgot, I have been dealing with constipation for weeks now, could it be caused by the Candida Albicans infection? If I do, and any of you have had experience with it, what helped you?
Candida/Oral Thrush gone after quitting smoking? The Cause?
Hi AllI used to get really bad tonsillitis which meant i was on penicillin a lot, 4 or 5 times a year which always caused oral thrush due to the penicillin attacking the good oral bacteria, however i then had my tonsils removed 3 years ago best decision ever and i've had chronic oral thrush ever since, ive been given every medication known to mankind for it and its never cleared up, i've had every blood test going, immune system is strong and good, etc however, i quit smoking 6 days ago and the oral thrush has COMPLETELY gone, that's the first time in 3 years, i went ot my doctors today and she said oral thrush isnt caused by smoking and smoking has no effect on it, but i find it highly coincidental that i've had this for 3 years now every day, no let up at all using all sorts of mouth washes, tablets, etc and then 6 days after quitting smoking it's cleared itself up completely.... I'm sure the doctor is right but has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

I really need help as I am about to go insane, this has made my life miserable. It is going to be quite long so if you really want to help me please read it all and provide me with your input. So 2 years ago an ex friend gave me these diet pills that she was talking with her husband and mother, they all lost so much weight, she told me they r natural so not to worry bec i am against those things, and since I was desperate to lose weight as my son was already 1yr old, i said what the heck im just going to try it and see what happens. After 3 days I started to feel my mouth drying and my mouth felt acidic. Then I felt something stuck in my throat, insomnia, nausea, like i wanted to vomit, my tongue turned white and started to have fissures in it my friend said that everything will go away bec she felt few of them and they went away. btw I was taking 1 pill a day on an empty stomach. So after 2 weeks I couldnt anymore and I stopped it. Everything faded away except that my tongue felt like burned, still had fissured and it was white. I felt I was a dragon, like my mouth was on fire I then waited few months and nothing changed. My mouth tasted disgusting too the foods i liked didnt taste like before then my voice started to become hoarse.. Anyway, went to 1 Gastro had endoscopy said I had GERD all of a sudden and was put on anti acid pills didnt help 2 went to ENT said I was crazy and told me I was GERD 3 went to Thyroid doc and did blood test, was tested for VitB deficiency and it was normal, no anemia, nothing bad then referred to another ENT 4 2nd ENT wanted to test me for Sjogern syndrome so sent me to both joint doc and dermatologist. 5 Joints doc ruled out Sjogern syndrome 6 Dermatologist also ruled it out and said I should see a neurologist to check my tongue nerve 7 saw a Neurologist and said I was fine but if I wanted to try Neurontin I could so I tried Neurontin and WTF it stopped smelling and tasting things I stopped it after 4 days.. then gave me Lyrica but was so scared I didnt take it. About 2 weeks ago which now its been 2 years after this started I had a second endoscopy with another Gastro and said I had GERD. I just dont know what is wrong with my mouth. This is the part that mostly bothers me It feels sore, sensitive I read about brushing my tongue and gargle with baking soda but it started to feel raw my tongue now literally looks like meat that has been passed thru a meat tenderizer seriously it looks like the taste buds are inflamed. The tip of my tongue is so sore like no joke I even dont like kissing my hubby anymore which now u know its affecting my life, and relationship. I have no motivation to do anything. I want to lose weight and being uncomfortable with this problem isnt helping me I feel so depressed I can commit suicide I swear. I feel a different person always uncomfortable, it is even affecting my mood I swear Im always nervous.
