Question: How can i know if i have a candida problem. help needed.?

Well, for the past six months my health been going down hill. I am only 18 years old, 128 pounds, 5, 6 tall. Never complained of any health issues. Well, until last october. My excitement was more than ever to start my first year of college. For two weeks straight I had no time to pay attention to what I was eating. So I was drinking a lot of coffee and eating a lot of junk food. Then all of the sudden I get very lightheaded and since that point on my symptoms did not go away. *FAST heart rate (never below 100) *lightheadedness *stomach pain *IBS *fatigue *joint pain/ muscle pain *chronic soar throat *itching * Muscle twitching *brain fog/ concentration problems * Chest pain (daily) *sinus pain *chills/ hotflashes *back/ neck pain *flu- like symptoms *white coating on tongue *acid reflux *sometimes it is hard to swallow. Anyway, I did the spit test thing (it says how to do it online), I mean, I don't know if that stuff works for real or not, but I did get all the strings coming out and it moving at the end of the water looking cloudy. I did a bunch of blood work and nothing came back irregular except for really fast heart rate and low grade anemia. Anyway, what are some tests I can ask my doctor to do? Can this be candida? Thank you!

I actually have that and there is stood test that I took in order to find out. You have to go to a doctor that can give you that test. To fix it you have to limit your sugar and white flour intake. Those are some symptoms of it so I would get it checked out.

Hey, I think I have a lot of these symptoms too and i was thinking candida. Can you let me know how you get on/ if you find out if it is candida or not (you can email me through my profile!)? I know this wasn't helpful, but your symptoms are so similar to mine! Thankss. :)
