Ok this is the story, basicly i live off cheese and white bread, nothing else, its all i eat, now i have been fine with this for ages but now i always feels so run down, tired, no concentration, irrtability.

Where did you get the notion of Candida? Did it ever occur to you that your diet sucks and you may be malnourished? That should have been your first thought rather than something so improbable as a fungal infection. Yes, yeast is in the fungus family.
