Dietary advice for curing candida (yeast infection)?
I've just finished a long course of antibiotics and have been warned that because of my compromised immune system, I'm likely to end up with candidiasis. I've already started to show symptoms but have heard that eating certain things can help, such as natural yoghurt. Is there anything else I can try?
Has anyone cured Candida?
I am a 21 year old female & ive had Candida syptoms for 4 years now. I have a thick furry coating on my tongue & really bad breath which I think comes out of my nose also. People act weird when i'm talking to them & my mum said my breath smells so I know this for sure.I'm always constipated & feel bloated and always tired. My memory goes abit foggy & I find it hard to concertate. My doctor is useless & my dentist said my teeth & gums are ok. I was referred to the hospital but they have put it down to constipation & give me fibre gel to take.I've tried taking acidophilus & Pau d'Arco & garlic supplements as I read this helps but i've had no luck. I drink plenty of water & brush & floss my teeth twice a day & use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash.Has anyone had this problem before & if so can you please tell me what you done to get rid of this as it's ruining my life. I dont like to socialise when I have this or get close to my boyfriend. It's really embarrasing.Any advice will be appreciated Many Thanks

I'm confused how to cure Candida?
I've always thought the sugar and fruit is the cause for Candida, but lately I've been googling and alot articles came up that fat is the main culprit of Candida because it causes a insulin resistance for you to absorb sugar? Ok, so I've been on a no sugar diet the pass week but I started eating mcdonalds sausages and scrambled eggs which are high in fat, and my symptons seem to have gotten worst so maybe there is some merit about fat being the real culprit, I'm just all so confused, has anyone with candida been on the no fat, and consume as much fruit diet or the 80 10 10 diet as they call it?google.ca url?sa t& source web& cd 6& ved 0CEIQFjAF& url http %3A %2F %2Fgoneraw.com %2Fforum %2Fhigh fat candida superfoods blah blah& ei vWJeTdiLLoL6lwfinJjcCw& usg AFQjCNG8s3BlSjSCTXD3M Eu6i3f3M8sig& sig2 twOBMmw9U4ErYX4FHGk9YA
